Due to a demand for innovation too big to handle at the clients of your new employer, you are highly needed! As the new Full stack developer Amsterdam NodeJS React you will be involved in projects from the initial problem statement to Google design sprint, all the way to greenfield applications for different (well-known) clients. Projects run for 1 year or more, so you will deliver rock solid solutions with true impact! That means this role is very diverse & experimental, but you will also see the end-result of your hard work, ‘tweek’ it in production phase and see it used by thousands or even millions of consumer users!
As the new Full stack developer Amsterdam NodeJS React you will work in one of the agile teams and add to the team your best skills. This means that you can choose to work more on backend related topics or frontend. Do what you enjoy most! Set up lightweight & scalable architectures, build smart API’s, work with NoSQL technology, solve Cloud puzzles with AWS, build hybrid mobile first applications with React Native, or set up automated testing in the frontend, here you can specialize in your domain. What do we need from you?
- 2+ years of professional JavaScript development experience
- Experience with JavaScript technologies like NodeJS, ExpressJS, React, Angular or VueJS is a big plus
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases is a plus
- Experience with cloud technologies like AWS, Google Cloud or Azure is a plus
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment is a plus
- Experience with unit testing, end2end testing, test integration and test automation is a plus
- Experience with Scrum or Kanban is a big plus
- Experience with building lightweight (but scalable) architectures is a plus
