Your role: Senior Java Kotlin Developer Amsterdam
As a Senior Java Kotlin Developer Amsterdam, you will build scalable software solutions that help hospitals process medical data securely and efficiently. You will develop robust data integration processes, enabling seamless and compliant data exchange between healthcare institutions. Your work directly contributes to improving patient care, allowing you to make a real impact every day.
Additionally, you will design and maintain highly automated CI/CD pipelines, ensuring fast and reliable system updates without cumbersome release processes. You will collaborate closely with hospital development teams, contributing to strategies for scalable healthcare integration. This role offers variety and the opportunity to tackle complex technical challenges using Kotlin, Kubernetes, Docker, GCP, Terraform. Here, you’ll have the space to truly challenge yourself and build software that makes a difference.
What is required?
- At least 6 years of relevant software engineering experience with Java and/or Kotlin
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD processes
- Knowledge of cloud technologies such as GCP, AWS, or Azure is a strong plus
- Familiarity with IaC/Terraform is a bonus
- A completed technical BSc, MSc, or PhD
- Willingness to visit clients within the Randstad once per week
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
What is offered?
- Salary between €80.000 and €100.000 gross per year, based on knowledge and experience
- Work 32, 36, or 40 hours per week
- Option to work 2 days from home per week
