Your Role: Senior Full Stack Engineer Utrecht
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer Utrecht, you will always work in a dedicated, high-performing team of exceptionally multidisciplinary colleagues, which may include software engineers, cloud-native developers, data engineers, test automation specialists, and agile coaches. Your mission is to showcase your expertise, help clients move from A to Better, and lay the foundation for long-lasting impact.
Your responsibilities include designing and developing software using the latest proven technologies while upgrading the software engineering environment, culture, and ways of working.
You and your team will lay the groundwork for some of the most impactful tech organizations in the Netherlands and Europe. The tangible results of your work are highly rewarding! What We’re Looking For
- Experience in software engineering consultancy or direct client interaction
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
- A polyglot engineer with expertise in multiple languages—TypeScript combined with JVM, Python, or Golang
- A passion for continuous development, both technically and interpersonally
- A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge to grow together
- Experience in cloud-native development at scale
- A mindset that embraces test and delivery automation
- Experience with training, mentorship, open-source contributions, or active participation in engineering communities is a plus
- Experience with event-driven architectures, DDD, or streaming data is a bonus
- Familiarity with Spring Boot, Quarkus, Docker, and/or Kubernetes is a bonus
