I'm Robert, and I've been working in tech recruitment since 2007.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of helping numerous software engineering managers, entrepreneurs, and CTOs expand their teams, and I've collaborated with a wide range of scale-ups, tech companies, and enterprises.

This journey helped me develop my own vision for tech recruitment. That's why I launched CodeGuild in 2014—to prove that tech recruitment can truly be different. We offer a unique approach where care and craftsmanship are at the core of everything we do.

Every day, I still enjoy having meaningful conversations with our clients—many of whom have become long-term partners. I also continue to speak with candidates personally. By taking the time to ask truly insightful questions, we often see that "aha!" moment when candidates finally figure out what they really want. This clarity allows us to match them with organizations where they truly belong.
